Advancing Whole-Person Health Through Collaboration
Our Health Our Wellness (O-HOW) is powered by cross-sector partnerships that bring together community organizations, public agencies, academic institutions, and private sector leaders committed to advancing equitable, whole-person health. These collaborations reflect a shared belief that sustainable improvements in health outcomes require coordinated action across systems, sectors, and communities. By aligning expertise, resources, and lived experience, O-HOW and its partners co-design solutions that respond to local priorities while remaining grounded in evidence-informed and culturally responsive practice.
Through these partnerships, O-HOW delivers city-based activations, digital health tools, and community-centered resources that expand access to prevention, screening, education, and supportive services. Partners play a critical role in shaping programming, extending outreach, and ensuring that interventions are relevant, accessible, and trusted.Â
